You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions, comments or complaints about our forest operations.
Your issues may concern our forestry in general or our certification according to FSC® (FSC® 004466 (FM), FSC® 018408 (COC, CW) or PEFC (PEFC/05-23-131 (FM), PEFC/05-31-292 (COC)).
When you send us an email, a case is created and registered in our case management system. It is our practice to confirm that we have received a new case within ten working days, with information on how the case will be handled. Please note that the response time may be longer during the summer.
We handel ypur inquiry as fast as we can.

Matters that concern SCA’s certified forest operations
We have a work procedure for questions, comments and complaints linked to our forest certifications according to FSC® FM, PEFC FM and our Chain of custody certifiction and FSC Controlled Wood.
Step 1: To submit a comment or complaint about our certifications, you must always send an email to SCA Skog by the address: funktion.skog@sca.com
Regarding a complaint, please include the following in your e-mail:
- Write in the subject line of your e-mail “Comment/Complaint about Xxxxx – SCA Forest FSC/PEFC”
- Specify the requirement/s in the standard to which your comment/complaint refers to and how you think we have not committed to it.
- If possible, include pictures and a map to assist and speed up the process
- Your contact details (name, e-mail address and telephone number)
Step 2: If you do not think you received a satisfactory response from us, you can take up your comment/complaint with the certification body that reviews and issues our certificates. All our forestry certification and chain of custordy certification is reviewed by WSP. You can reach our auditor Karina Seeberg Kitnæs by e-mail: karina.kitnaes@wsp.com
